Abstract

Solid and papillary epithelial neoplasm of pancreas is a rare and low grade malignant tumor. It is distinct the ductal adenocarcinoma clinically and histologically. It has a benign clinical feature than any other type of the tumors of pancreas,
and
long
survival or even cure can be expected by aggressive and vigorous treatment.
We reviewed a case of patient with this neoplasm, who had been operated of General surgery, Maryknoll hospital at February 25, 1994, She was alive and well twelve months after complete resection of tumor.
